Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sentro service. By creating an organization or accessing the dashboard, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By signing up, accessing, or using Sentro, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the actions of everyone you invite to your organization. Notify us immediately at hello@sentrodb.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Payment, refunds, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the project enters a 30-day read-only grace period before deletion.

4. Intellectual property

Sentro and its trademarks are owned by Sentro, Inc.. You retain ownership of all customer data you connect or store. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentro, Inc. from claims arising out of your customer data, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

9. Termination

You may terminate at any time by closing your organization. We may suspend or terminate for material breach with notice or, where the breach risks third parties or the platform, immediately. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality breaches.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, and your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
